Privacy policy

A clear account of what CLOSERA handles when you use the website, create a workspace, or run an AI call.

Who this covers

CLOSERA provides AI calling, CRM, voice, and integration tools to business workspaces. A business customer controls the leads and call content it uploads. CLOSERA processes that workspace data to provide the service. For website visitors and account holders, CLOSERA operates the account and website experience. The legal operator name and direct privacy contact will be added before public launch; until then, use the Help control in the app to send a privacy request.

Data we handle

Account details: name, email, business name, password hash, Google sign-in identifier, login sessions, and support requests. Sales enquiries: contact details and the Enterprise or website-development brief you submit, including website type, budget range, timeline and requested features. Workspace data: uploaded contact lists and CRM fields, agents, prompts, knowledge files, integrations, billing and usage records. Calls: microphone audio when a call or voice sample is started, transcripts, summaries, extracted answers, recordings when enabled, call metadata, and appointment details. Technical data: IP address, browser and request metadata needed for security and troubleshooting.

A workspace may include other people’s personal data. The workspace owner must have a valid reason and any required permission to upload contacts, place calls, record conversations, or send messages.

Why we use it

We use this data to authenticate users, maintain separate workspaces, respond to sales and website enquiries, generate and run agents, transcribe and synthesize speech, save call outcomes, synchronize connected tools, process test or live payments, prevent abuse, and provide support. Voice samples are sent to the selected voice provider only when you request a preview or clone. We do not sell contact lists.

Providers and transfers

Depending on the features you enable, data may be sent to Sarvam and other selected AI or voice providers, Google, Calendly, Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Exotel or another carrier, Razorpay, and email delivery providers. A connected service receives the information necessary for its action. These services may process data outside your location under their own terms and your configuration.

Storage, security and retention

Workspaces are separated by account identity. Passwords are hashed; login cookies are HTTP-only. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest with a server-side key. Transport encryption is required for production. Access and error logs are kept for security and operations. Workspace records and call records currently remain until an operator acts on a deletion request or the service implements a retention setting; do not upload data requiring a shorter guaranteed retention period. Backups, legal duties, and payment records may require a longer period.

Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to connect optional integrations, record calls, or clone a voice. You can ask through the in-app Help control for access, correction, export, withdrawal of optional processing, or deletion. We will verify the requester and coordinate workspace-lead requests with the business that supplied the data. Browser microphone permission can be revoked in browser settings.

Children and changes

CLOSERA is a business service and is not intended for children. Do not upload children’s data without a valid legal basis and suitable safeguards. We will update the date and text when this policy changes materially.
