Terms of service
The basic rules for using CLOSERA and its calling, CRM, and billing features.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information and protect your login. You are responsible for people you invite to your workspace and the data and instructions they enter. Do not share a login between unrelated businesses.
Calling and consent
You must follow applicable calling, marketing, recording, telecommunication, and data protection rules. Obtain permission where required before uploading a lead, calling, recording, cloning a speaker’s voice, or sending WhatsApp messages. CLOSERA does not supply a right to contact a person simply because a number was uploaded.
AI output and integrations
Review agent scripts, answers, extracted fields, summaries, bookings, and prices before relying on them. AI output can be wrong. External providers and connected accounts may have their own terms, charges, service limits, and availability. Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, or misleading claims.
Credits and billing
The checkout shows the current price and credit grant before payment. One credit is ₹1 of CLOSERA usage value. Call usage depends on the chosen voice tier and connected duration; the product shows the rate. Test-mode payments are not real purchases. Subscription credits carry forward according to the active plan displayed at checkout. Refund, tax, carrier, and production billing terms must be finalized before live payments are enabled.
Availability and changes
We may restrict abusive use, suspend unsafe integrations, or change features with notice where practicable. This document is a launch draft; operator identity, formal support contact, and governing-law details must be completed before a public commercial release.
